Meditate on the Fresh Manna—You Are Being Fortified

I heard the Lord say these words, which are not just about the coronavirus pandemic—but a key for this new era: “Meditate on the Manna, not the media.”

Right now when you turn on the television you will see the fear being proclaimed through the airwaves. The Lord showed me that the enemy is shouting fear and terror all around the earth right now. But there is an invitation upon the Church to draw close to Jesus, go deep with Him into the Garden, allow the alignment of His hand and love to take place in hearts and lives, and step into new manna.

The Lord is releasing new manna right now in unprecedented levels. The revelation that the Lord is releasing is deep, it’s the secrets of His heart, the keys for this new era and navigating this incredible time we have arrived at as the Church. The time of reset, the time of reformation, the time of refining, the time of running with Him like never before.

I had a vision of people drawing close to Jesus in the Garden; and while in communion with Him, scales were falling off their eyes. I believe the Lord is giving His people eyes to see and ears to hear in this moment like never before, as they draw near to Him in surrender and yielding.

There may be a storm blowing around loudly over the earth, but the Lord is drawing His people into His heart where they find refuge (Psalm 91). The hand of God is centering the Church on Him! The Lord wants to remind His people in this hour that He is our Rock.

Psalm 18:2 says:

The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold (ESV).

You’re as real to me as bedrock beneath my feet, like a castle on a cliff, my forever firm fortress, my mountain of hiding, my pathway of escape, my tower of rescue where none can reach me. My secret strength and shield around me, you are salvation’s ray of brightness shining on the hillside, always the champion of my cause (TPT).

God is fortifying the Church and strengthening His people to stand in Him alone. He is asking: Where do you find your peace? Where do you find your joy? Where do you find your hope? There are so many questions the Lord is asking, and I see each question is a wrapped gift being sent to us. Why? Because those questions are invitations to draw closer to Him. If we find our answers are anything but Jesus, we can embrace His grace, His love, and His invitation—and in repentance draw close to Him. He is raising up the true Church who are strong and are not shaken by circumstances but standing in and upon the Rock.
